Positive: The apartment was clean, the kitchen had everything you need, and the espresso pods and tea selection were a nice touch. The host was responsive to our questions Negative: Just notice that even the ground floor apartment has a couple of steps - I did not see this mentioned and it might be an issue for some guests. We would have preferred if the bed in the living room had been ready when we arrived. This is mentioned in the page, but it would be nice if they instead asked what the guest prefer - we arrived late and did not have a need to use the couch on our arrival day

Ein sehr netter Host der dir Vermietung professionell organisiert hat, es fehlt aber die Gastfreundschaft, da alles Mögl Positive: - ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt - sehr freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Host - es gab Kaffeekapseln gratis - Badezimmer gut ausgestattet - Küche ganz gut ausgestattet, aber leider ohne Mikrowelle - einwandfreie Anleitung zum Check-In mit Schlüsselbox - sehr gutes Bett im Schlafzimmer Negative: - Kinderbett muss mit 20€ extra bezahlt werden. Wir haben angekündigt, dass wir erst nachts mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern ankommen werden und mussten das Kinderbett erst suchen (eine Tasche in einer Ecke) und nachts noch selbst montieren. Bettwäsche für das Kinderbett war nicht dabei, wir mussten Erwachsenenbettwäsche nutzen und diese auch erst noch beziehen. - Kinderhochstuhl muss extra bezahlt werden - Parkplatz muss extra bezahlt werden, ist aber 220m entfernt - Zu früher Check Out (10 Uhr), wenn man 1 Stunde später raus möchte, wieder 20€ Euro extra - Sauberkeit ganz ok, aber Fenster super dreckig und die Terrasse absolut schmutzig und ungepflegt - es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank!! Wir haben 3 Tage zu 4. grösstenteils aus dem Koffer gelebt und hatten letztendlich Klamotten überall, auf dem Schreibtisch, auf dem Esstisch usw. - das Schlafsofa ist eine Katastrophe, es wird auch seit 1 Jahr in den Bewertungen beanstandet aber nichts behoben. Das Sofa ist zum Schlafen komplett deformiert und absolut ungemütlich

Positive: It was clean and tidy, close to market and bus station. Negative: Heater was adjusted to 2 (1-5) so it was cold for us and our little daughter. We adjusted to max (5) the heater but after 2 days house temperature was hot enough. We requested to check our late and paid money for this, unfortunately We couldn’t check out on time we delayed 30 minutes and I was called from the apartments worker to leave house otherwise I have to pay extra money. So I said okay I can pay no problem. I paid extra 7 euro for 30 minutes late check out, before I paid 45 Euro for 3 hours late check out. I mean money is no problem, but they didn’t need to call and say “you have to pay extra” because I bought some gifts for my friends in my country and due to rush movements (cleaner ring the bell, waiting outside) I forgot that gifts at apartment. They didn’t say anything later about my forgotten staff. Only They sent me message about “please rate our apartment etc.” I think I don’t prefer to stay there again in case of travel to Lübeck.
