Sehr komfortable, helle und großzügig ausgestattete Wohnung, die nichts zu wünschen übrig ließ. Positive: Sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage war hervorragend, Bahnhof als auch Altstadt bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Außerdem ist die Wohnung hell mit schönem Blick über die Dächer. Negative: Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug, daher für Leute die nicht mehr gut laufen oder Treppensteigen können nicht geeignet.

A good location, apartment 1 good for small family. Everything is within proximity. Although parking is 120m away but st Positive: Nice apartment for a small family. Close to everything. Negative: The drainage smell from the apartment’s bathroom was unpleasant, we had to close the door and open bathroom window to manage it. The trash place infront of the apartment was always full with some flies and that was also unpleasant, as we couldnot throw our food waste. Kindly add microwave too.

Ok beliggenhed, men kan ikke anbefales til småbørnsfamilier. Positive: God plads, velindrettet. Gåafstand til den gamle bydel. Venlig kontakt med administrator hver gang vi (desværre) måtte kontakte dem. Negative: Opgangen lugtede kraftigt af hash og autolak. Ubehageligt, særligt når man rejser med små børn. Lejligheden var meget varmt ved ankomst, og det var kompliceret at justere på varmen. Den mulige parkeringsløsning på privat plads var enormt dyr, kan ikke anbefales. Afløbet i badet var itu, vand overalt. Måtte tilkalde reparatør.
